The 10 golden rules of skincare

Every person is different, in character and appearance. And similarly, every skin type has different needs. But these skin care rules apply to everyone. Regardless of skin type, skin tone and age.
1. Cleanse daily
Cleanse daily with a gel (Hydra Misselair), milk (Ultimate Clean) or foam (Amazing Face). This will prevent clogged pores and dull skin. Cleanse in the morning as well as in the evening. Properly cleansed skin absorbs skin care products better, so they will give better results.
2. Moisturize
To keep skin supple and elastic, your skin needs moisture. This is how you reduce the risk of fine lines and sagging. Oily skin also needs hydration. Use a serum such as Epi Collagen Protection, Bionetic Serum or the Royal Collagens and nourish the skin with a richer cream such as the Rich Cell Balance.
3. What is the right sequence?
Actually, it's quite simple. Use thin textures first, and thick ones last. After cleansing, use a toner first. Then a serum or booster, and then a foam or cream. The (Daily Gold SPF) day cream you use last. In the evening, finish with a night cream.
4. Exfoliate, but not too often
By exfoliating (AHA, Blue Pearl or Crazy Blue) you remove dead skin cells, allowing a new layer of skin to emerge. This gives a healthy shine. It also reduces the risk of pimples. However, exfoliating too often can irritate and dry out your skin, or encourage oily skin to produce just more sebum.
5. Clean skincare
Craith lab is free of sulfates, pegs, mineral oils, microplastics and silicones.
6. Be consistent and patient
You don't have to use a lot of product(s), as long as you are consistent as well as patient. The first results will be visible after three to four weeks. Because that's how long it takes for your skin cells to renew themselves.
7. Protect your skin
The influence of the sun and airborne pollutants penetrating your skin can clog pores and make your skin dull. Therefore, use a day cream in the morning that protects your skin from UV rays and pollution.
  • Daily Start
  • Daily Shade
  • Daily Gold SPF30
  • Multi-Light Shield
8. Be kind to your skin
The less you touch (pull or scratch) your skin, the less likely it is to be damaged or have bad bacteria settling in it.
9. Get to know your skin
Your skin can be irritated or dry one week and glowing like never before the next. This usually has to do with hormones. Give your skin a rest when it is struggling. Then use mild products, wait to exfoliate (AHA Essential or Sensitive) and leave your makeup off for a day.
10. Be confident
No face is perfect and no skin always looks radiant. Insecurities and stress cause your skin to struggle even more. So be confident, love yourself and the skin you're in. Then you will radiate that too!
