1. Shipping
Here you can find all the info regarding shipping and delivery from our webshop to your home.

Note that the below timeframes assume that the weekdays listed are not public holidays. Where the order, and/or delivery date is a public holiday, delivery times will be extended.

·       Free standard shipping for all orders over €125
·       We ship within 24 hours after you place your order. Delivery is between 8:30   
        AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
·       Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. These prices do not include 
        customs fees or other taxes.  

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit from the warehouse to your delivery address. Once your package has been delivered to the address you provided and signed for, it is no longer insured. To ensure your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.

How can I track my order? 
Every shipping option includes track & trace. You will receive the tracking information via email.

2. Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, we are here to assist with returns.  

Our products can be returned within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase of the product.

All returned products must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened, and accompanied by all accessories and documents provided with the product (note, warranty, certificate of authenticity, etc.), as well as a copy of the delivery slip included with the delivered product. Refunds will not be given for products that are returned damaged, used, or incomplete, and such products will only be returned to you at your request and expense. If your return does not meet the above conditions, we cannot refund the cost of the product(s).  

To initiate a return, please contact customer service at info@craithlab.com. 
Our customer service team is available 5 days a week, Monday to Friday,
from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. 

Please send the product in its original packaging to:  
Craith Lab BV, Heulentakstraat 12, 3650 Dilsen, Belgium  

You will receive a refund to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days after we receive your returned products.

3. Other Reasons for a Return/Have a Question?
If you have received an incorrect order, a damaged or faulty product, or have noticed an adverse reaction, please contact our customer service directly at info@craithlab.com, providing your name and order number.
