1. Shipping
Here you can find all the info regarding shipping and delivery from our webshop to your home.

Note that the below timeframes assume that the weekdays listed are not public holidays. Where the order, and/or delivery date is a public holiday, delivery times will be extended.

·       Free standard shipping for all orders over €125

·       We ship within 24 hours after you place your order. Delivery is between 8:30   
        AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

·       Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. These prices do not include 
        customs fees or other taxes.  

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit from the warehouse to your delivery address. Once your package has been delivered to the address you provided and signed for, it is no longer insured. To ensure your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.

Every shipping option includes track & trace. You will receive the tracking information via email.

2. Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, we are here to assist with returns.  

Our products can be returned within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase of the product.

All returned products must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened, and accompanied by all accessories and documents provided with the product (note, warranty, certificate of authenticity, etc.), as well as a copy of the delivery slip included with the delivered product. Refunds will not be given for products that are returned damaged, used, or incomplete, and such products will only be returned to you at your request and expense. If your return does not meet the above conditions, we cannot refund the cost of the product(s).

Our customer service team is available 5 days a week, Monday to Friday,
from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. 

Please send the product in its original packaging to:

You will receive a refund to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days after we receive your returned products.

3. Other Reasons for a Return/Have a Question?
If you have received an incorrect order, a damaged or faulty product, or have noticed an adverse reaction, please contact our customer service directly at info@craithlab.com, providing your name and order number.

4. Right of withdrawal 

4.1        The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order free of charge within a period of 14 days after effective delivery of the Products, without giving reasons, in accordance with the relevant legal provisions, whereby the instructions can be consulted via the following link:  https://www.craithlab.com/en/withdrawel-form.
The withdrawal period shall expire within 14 days after receipt of the Products.

 

4.2        In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform CRAITH LAB of their decision to withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period, stating this in no uncertain terms, in writing (by post or email). Upon receipt of this communication, CRAITH LAB will send a confirmation of receipt to the Customer.

 

4.3        To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the notification that they will exercise their right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

4.4        During the cooling-off period, the Customer must handle the Product and packaging with care. 

 

4.5        The Customer must return or hand over the Products as soon as possible, but within 14 days of the date of withdrawal. The Products must be in the original, undamaged packaging. Opened or damaged packaging will not be taken back. Opening the packaging means that the Customer wishes to keep the Products. The Customer assumes the risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Customer will be on time if they return the Products before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning or handing over the Products shall be borne by the Customer.

 

4.6        CRAITH LAB reserves the right to refuse returned Products or to credit only part of the amount paid if (it is suspected that) the Products have already been opened, used or damaged through the fault of the Customer. CRAITH LAB may exclude the following Products, among others (but not limited to these), from the right of withdrawal: Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and the seal of which was broken after delivery.

 

4.7        If the Customer cancels the agreement, they will receive a refund of the amount paid, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from their choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by CRAITH LAB) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after CRAITH LAB has been informed of the decision to cancel the purchase from CRAITH LAB. CRAITH LAB will refund the Customer via the same payment method that the Customer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, no costs will be charged for such refunds. CRAITH LAB may wait to pay refund until it has received the Products back, or the Customer has proved that they have returned the Products, whichever occurs first.
