Products

Our three collections offer a solution for every skin type, concern and age. All of our formulas were specially designed by a team of skin experts and chemists. You can find a full ingredient list on each product page. If you have concerns, we recommend to first test the product on your wrist / inner elbow or consult a Craith Lab expert.
All of our formulas are clean. They are free of sulfates, PEGs, mineral oils, microplastics and silicones.
Our formulas are not and will never be tested on animals. We offer a selection of 100% vegan products, such as the Royal Collagen Vegan Serum and Bionetic Collagen Serum and Cream. Craith Lab's products are barrier-protective and therefore safe to use. All products are rigorously tested before they are marketed.
Yes, in our Grey Add-ons range we offer several SPF products: Daily Gold SPF 30 Tinted Day Cream, Daily SunPro Cream SPF 50 and Handcell Protect SPF 15 Cream.
We always recommend to visit a Craith Lab expert. They have been trained to make an analysis of your skin type, condition and concerns. Based on the results of this analysis they are able to recommend a routine that works best for you. They also follow you on your skin journey, just in case there need to be made some adjustments.
Reguar facials will help you achieve the best results. Our Craith Lab experts have been trained to create a treatment plan that works best for you, where your daily routine and regular facial treatments work together perfectly. They also have exclusive treatments products that help achieve the best results for your skin such as MFR Retinol, Algae Hydration Mask, Oxygen Treatment etc. A good routine is already a very good start to getting healthy, strong skin, but combined with regular facial treatments, the results will be enhanced.
Since our bottles are equipped with an airless-pump system, it may occur that they need a little pick-me-up. Try to hold the tip of your finger on the opening of the pump. While you hold your finger on the opening, pump a few (20 - 30) times to reboot the airless system. If this trick does not work, please contact info@craithlab.com and one of our team will be able to advise the best next steps.

Yes, the Craith Lab Academy offers a variety of theoretical and practical trainings to stay up-to-date in your skin knowledge and provide the best solutions to your clients. We believe their is always room to grow, so we encourage our community to keep learning and keep improving so they can become their best self.

Orders & shipping

Once you have added your favorite products to your shopping cart, place your order and proceed to payment. Make sure to double check your shipping information. Once the payment has been completed, we will process your order and send it on its way to you.
There are several ways in to choose your Craith Lab expert. - Scan the QR-code at your Craith Lab expert when you visit. This will automatically connect your account to their salon. - Go to your account and click to see your profile information. At the section Craith Lab expert, select that you are already seeing an expert and choose them in the overview. - During the ordering process you will be asked if you are already seeing an expert. Select 'yes' and choose your expert.
Yes, you can just go through the ordering process without selecting a Craith Lab expert.
We ship to the following countries: Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, UK, Spain, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungaria, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Sweden Delivery costs may differ between countries.
Shipping costs differ per country and are calculated at check-out. The shipping costs for Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany are €9,50 and free shipping for orders over €125.
Orders are processed the same or next day (may differ during holidays). Standard delivery normally arrives within 3-4 business days. However these times are dependent on the transport service over which we have no control. You will receive a notification when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours before the tracking is shown.
When your order has been succesfully placed, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox. We track every order. Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier service, you will be notified with a tracking number. This way you can follow your package making its way to you.
Yes, we offer free shipping once you spend a certain amount. For order over €125 to Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany shipping is free. For the other countries this may differ. Shipping cost is calcutated at checkout.

Returns

We are sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged. Please send an email to info@craithlab.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged package. We'd love to help. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to offer further assistance.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we maynot be able to offer further assistance.
If you have ordered your items with us directly (craithlab.com or Craith Lab app), you can request a return by sending us an email at info@craithlab.com. Please do not forget to include the order number and the reason you would like to request a return. If you have order your items at one of our Craith Lab experts, you can contact them to request a return. The return policy of the Craith Lab experts will be applied.
We have a refund policy of 14 days. You will have 14 days to request a return from the day you have placed your order.
