Since our bottles are equipped with an airless-pump system, it may occur that they need a little pick-me-up. Try to hold the tip of your finger on the opening of the pump. While you hold your finger on the opening, pump a few (20 - 30) times to reboot the airless system. If this trick does not work, please contact info@craithlab.com and one of our team will be able to advise the best next steps.

However these times are dependent on the transport service over which we have no control. You will receive a notification when a tracking number has been created. Yes, we offer free shipping once you spend a certain amount. For order over €125 to Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany shipping is free. For the other countries this may differ. Shipping cost is calcutated at checkout.
